Firstly a happy new year to you all! Lets jump into 2023 on positive vibe, by feeding positivity into our thoughts through:
1.Gratitude – waking up every morning feel grateful for a new day
2.Affirmations – Speaking in the present tense “I am Strong, I am Loved, I am Enough”, and trust me this works, this helped me when I didn’t feel it
3. Walk barefoot in the outdoors, take your shoes and socks off and get out into your back garden, connecting with your breath take that first step. When we make a connection with the Earth, when we ground through barefoot walking, there has been found to be a reduction in white blood cells and an increase in red blood cells, which hints to better immunity. Barefoot walking has been shown to help increase antioxidants, reduce inflammation and improve sleep.
I am very excited for this year ahead and setting some new goals for myself while working hard to grow my business. For the month of January 2023, my classes will be the following:
