Dear Friends,
Firstly, I would like to wish to you and your loved ones a very Happy New Year, we made it through this year. Open those arms and give yourself a great big hug, a pat on the back or any form of acknowledgement, cause lets face it, that was one hell of a year!
As we journey together into another year, I have one simple invitation for you – step into yourself. Focus less on the doing and more on the being, and even by typing this I need to take my own advice, which I promise I am working on, I know when I do, it works out for me and it will work for you too. When we’re faced with a challenge or an opportunity and we are tempted to look to the outside to inform our next move, don’t. Pause for a moment and remind yourself that the wisest, most trusted guidance is already within you. You don’t just have the answer. You ARE the answer.
Remember, you don’t have to do anything to be worthy of this. You are worthy simply because you are. You are good enough, Remember that! I am so thankful to have you as a part of this beautiful community we’ve created together.
I promise to continue doing my best to bring you content that will help you empower yourself by uncovering more of your own authentic truth so that together we can share that with our next generation.
My next terms of classes are under the “Timetable” page. I look forward to seeing you in person or online on Monday evenings for meditation and stretch.
