Mindful yoga is often the missing link for many to support them in their hobbies, fitness regimes, whether you are an elite runner, a new mom, a boxer, a student, a weightlifter, a stay at home parent, a carer, it doesn’t matter, we all need time for ourselves, and I am delighted to bring this class to you in studio and online
This is suitable for complete beginners or indeed the more experienced of yogis, I will guide you step by step and offer modifications to all the poses to suit your needs. I use a mindful approach in my classes to help you feel relaxed, refreshed, re-energised and just be….. in your own body and mind, aligning both, in pranayama breath, our life force energy.
Yoga is a mixture of holding on and letting go…..finding that balance!

ONLINE – Meditation with seated yoga EVERY MONDAY 8.30pm ZOOM – This is an opportunity to experience deep relaxation from the comfort of your own home.
