Join Marie each Wednesday at 7.30pm for 1 hour each week in the beautiful tranquil setting of Marie’s newly fitted out studio. Please ensure to bring water & a mat if you have one. Mat, Straps, Blocks, Bolsters provided. This class promises to be an experience of connection with Mind, Body, Breath! Give yourself the gift of 1 hour and allow yourself to unplug, unwind, relax & recharge.
Marie incorporates Vinyasa which is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly using breath as your anchor. Some classes will be Yin yoga, deeply relaxing yoga targeting a specific area and holding the poses for a longer duration helping to release fascia, here we use props, bolsters, cushions etc to help stay with the pose.
