Marie incorporates Vinyasa which is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly using breath as your anchor. This class is suitable for complete beginner or indeed if you have some level of yoga. modifications are available to suit beginners to intermediate – you are all welcome!
