Want to try Yoga but not sure if this class is for you, then fear not. Join a 6 week class and to see and feel the results both physically & mentally. Begins Thursday 2nd March 2023 at 6.30pm for 1 hour each week in the upstairs room at Raheen Tennis Clubhouse. This class promises to be an experience of connection with Mind, Body, Breath! Marie incorporates Vinyasa which is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly using breath as your anchor. Some classes will be Yin yoga, deeply relaxing yoga targeting a specific area and holding the poses for a longer duration helping to release fascia, here we use props, bolsters, cushions etc to help stay with the pose.
