Join Marie each Wednesday at 7.30pm for 1 hour x 6 weeks in the beautiful tranquil setting of Marie’s newly fitted out studio. Please ensure to bring water & a mat if you have one. Mat, Straps, Blocks, Bolsters provided. This class promises to be an experience of connection with Mind, Body, Breath! Give yourself the gift of 1 hour and allow yourself to unplug, unwind, relax & recharge.
Marie incorporates Vinyasa which is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly using breath as your anchor. Classes are relaxing yoga targeting a specific area and holding the poses for a longer duration helping to release fascia, here we use props, bolsters, cushions etc to help stay with the pose.
