Depending if you want to build strength, deepen flexibility while quietening the mind, Marie’s classes encourages you to honour your body, notice what works for you and over 6 weeks see the progression deepen within the poses (asanas). Discover simple ways to relax with renewed energy. Learn how to incorporate Mindfulness & breathwork with gentle yoga for ultimate physical & emotional well-being.
Explore how to reduce the triggers that deplete energy. Marie works very much with aligning Mind, Body, Breath to ensure you move and transition in to poses with awareness. This class is suitable for complete beginners and intermediates as modifications will be given to deepen or simplify the poses. Class will finish with a deeply relaxing Savasana meditation.
