Dear Subscribers,
Thank you for joining my page. When we put ourselves out there to serve others, we are choosing a better world for ourselves. We learn as we go, there is no right time….. the fact that you are reading this tells me that you care or are curious, and isn’t that what our world needs more of. I am here to tell you how capable you are, not by “dressing it up”, but by being real, forming a wellness community and help rise, after all “we rise by lifting others” – Robert Ingersoll
When we help others, our lives starts to have meaning and purpose. Real joy comes not from material possessions but from people. I was very fortunate to have this from both my parents. Two of the kindest souls who walk among us and above us. When we are generous with others, we feel abundant (one of my favorite words), enriched with endless possibilities. I believe in helping people, inspiring you to believe in the impossible, to believe in yourself, and to become the very best version of yourself.
I am a big believer in self-compassion, being warm and understanding toward ourselves when we suffer, fail, or feel inadequate, rather than flagellating ourselves with self-criticism. There is enough of that around us in these unprecedented times, lets leave that for someone else to take up the baton. But for you, my friends I would like you to cultivate an attitude of gratitude, compassion and kindness starting with YOU!
In my adults meditation I will guide you and mind the time, all I ask is that you find a quiet space from the comfort of your own home and join me Monday evening’s 8.30pm. Here we will turn off the inner critic, park the self-judgement at the door and come together in a healing power of compassion.
As you learn to nurture your own wounds with tender care, your compassionate heart with naturally extend to other.
So I will leave you with this, which is my first EVER newsletter for my website. I am extremely grateful to the people who helped me get this far.
Have a happy & peaceful St. Patrick’s Day.
Namaste
Marie
